3. Fresh Flowers & Substitutions
As flowers are a natural and seasonal product, variations in colour, size, bloom stage and availability may occur.
While we make every effort to create arrangements as pictured or quoted, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage with similar products of equal value and style where necessary.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment may be required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.
5. Wedding & Event Bookings
Wedding and event bookings may require a deposit to secure the booking date.
Final balances must be paid by the agreed due date prior to the event unless otherwise arranged.
Changes to event orders may only be accepted up to a specified timeframe before the event date and are subject to availability.
Due to the custom nature of floral work, deposits may be non-refundable.
6. Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure deliveries are completed within requested timeframes.
However, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries where incorrect details have been supplied.
7. Care of Fresh Flowers
Fresh flowers are perishable products and require appropriate care.
Once flowers have been delivered or collected, responsibility for their care passes to the customer.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
Extreme temperatures
Lack of water or improper care
Weather exposure
Mishandling after delivery
8. Hire Items
Any hire items supplied remain the property of Buraja Blooms unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for returning hire items in their original condition.
Loss, theft, damage or breakage may result in additional replacement or repair charges.
